Warranty

Diamante Eyewear’s Warranty Policy warrants against manufacturer’s defects for the period mandated by law in each country. Under this warranty, should any part prove defective in materials or craftsmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Please return the eyewear along with its proof of purchase to your Diamante Eyewear retailer within 12 months from purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, custom alterations, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER. DIAMANTE EYEWEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING NICKS OR SCRATCHES, FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
