When you create an account, including a wholesale account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Products and Descriptions
We sell fashion and luxury eyewear and related accessories. We strive to display our products and their colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual color or appearance of a product. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe and WooPayments, to handle payment transactions; your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or product information.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days, and international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders; international shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except where the item is defective or damaged on arrival. 8. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchases are available to approved business customers and may be subject to additional terms, minimum order requirements, and pricing communicated to you during the wholesale application and ordering process. We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our discretion.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the “Diamante Eyewear” name and marks, is the property of Diamante Eyewear LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
